Revere Property Sales: Four Priced Deeds Range From $70,000 to $720,000
Suffolk County Registry of Deeds recorded 12 Revere property transfers this period, but only four carry a sale price so far, ranging from $70,000 to $720,000 with a median of $548,350. The period's top sale was 6 Vane St. at $720,000, sold by Rosemarie Lindqvist to Carlos M. Lopez Duque and Gleny Z. Murillo. Three of the four priced sales listed mortgage servicers or a credit union as buyer. Records also show three same-day transfers from a single seller to the same buyers across different streets, and one land transfer involving the state Department of Environmental Protection and the Revere Conservation Commission. With two-thirds of transactions still unpriced, the period's overall market trend remains incomplete.
