Revere Deed Filings Show Wide Price Gap Between Two Disclosed Sales
Suffolk County Registry of Deeds recorded 12 property transfers in Revere between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only two disclosed a sale price: $450,000 and $5.2 million, a spread of $4.75 million. The period's most notable transaction was 83 Shirley Ave, which sold for $5.2 million to Symetra Life Insurance Company. The remaining 10 transfers, spread across 10 other streets, did not include a sale price in the deed record. Several transfers involved matching family names or mortgage servicers as sellers. With price data missing for most of the period's transfers, the available records do not support a broader read on market tone.
