Nearly all recorded Revere property transfers this period involved a bank or mortgage entity

The Suffolk County Registry of Deeds recorded 13 Revere property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only two disclosed a sale price: $100,500 for 65 Union St. and $535,000 for 6 Bradstreet Ave, putting the disclosed median at $317,750. The month's most notable pattern was not a single transaction but a structural one: 12 of the 13 deeds named a bank, mortgage-registration service or credit union as either seller or buyer, including seven transfers from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. With most prices undisclosed, the data cannot support a broader read on market tone this period.
