Four of 17 Revere Deeds Recorded With Sale Price So Far
Suffolk County Registry of Deeds recorded 17 Revere property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only four carried a listed sale price: from $30,000 at 865 Winthrop Ave. to $475,000 at 2 Porter Ave., with a $262,500 median among priced sales. The remaining 13 transactions, including three condo units and a municipal-to-private transfer at 83 Calumet St., show no price yet in registry data. Three of the four priced sales named a financial institution as buyer. With most prices still pending, the period's overall pricing trend cannot yet be assessed from available data.
