Lender Transfers Dominate September Deed Activity in Revere as Most Sale Prices Lag
Suffolk County recorded 17 Revere property deeds between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only four carried a posted sale price: $181,000, $200,000, $230,000 and $525,000, for a median of $215,000 among those four. The remaining 13 sales await pricing, consistent with normal registry lag rather than withheld information. The month's top transaction was a $525,000 sale with no street address listed in the deed data. At least 12 of the 17 recordings involved a bank or mortgage servicer as grantor or grantee, pointing to a notable share of loan-related transfers alongside traditional sales this period.
