Revere Sale Prices Range From $300,000 To $620,000 Amid Partial Price Data

Ten property transfers were recorded in Revere between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, with only four showing sale prices in Suffolk County Registry of Deeds data so far. Among those four, prices ranged from $300,000 for a parcel at 0 Broadway to $620,000 for a property at 466 American Legion Highway, with a median of $390,000. Broadway saw the most transaction activity, with three separate deeds recorded on the street. Several transfers involved banks or mortgage-related entities as buyers or sellers, and six of the 10 deeds have not yet posted consideration amounts, a typical registry lag rather than a sign of undisclosed pricing.
