Revere records 10 deed transfers in past month, but sale prices largely undisclosed
Suffolk County Registry of Deeds recorded 10 property transfers in Revere between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only two listed a sale price: $35,000 for a unit at 210 Endicott Ave and $36,000 for 44 Rand St, the period's highest disclosed sale. The median of the two disclosed prices was $35,500. Three transfers involved institutional sellers, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Citizens Bank NA, and one was a family trust transfer, none with disclosed prices. With 8 of 10 deeds missing price data, the recorded figures don't support a read on whether the market was active or quiet this period.
