Three transfers involved institutional sellers, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Citizens Bank NA, and one was a family trust transfer, none with recorded prices. With 8 of 10 deeds missing price data, the recorded figures don't support a read on whether the market was active or quiet this period.
