Revere Home Sale Prices Range From $330,000 to $532,750 in Late-Summer Deed Records
Suffolk County Registry of Deeds records show 11 property transfers in Revere between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only three disclosed a sale price: $330,000 to $532,750, with a median of $401,250. The period's top disclosed sale was 29 Larkin St. at $532,750, sold July 20 to Bank of America NA and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Ocean Avenue and Arcadia Street each saw two transfers. Eight of 11 deeds, 73%, did not disclose a price, and seven of 11 transactions listed a bank, credit union or mortgage entity as a party, limiting what the data shows about overall market direction this period.
