The period's top recorded sale was 29 Larkin St. at $532,750, sold July 20 to Bank of America NA and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Ocean Avenue and Arcadia Street each saw two transfers. Eight of 11 deeds, 73%, had no price recorded yet, and seven of 11 transactions listed a bank, credit union or mortgage entity as a party, limiting what the data shows about overall market direction this period.
