Revere Deeds Show $925,000 Condo Sale Among 13 July Transfers
Suffolk County Registry of Deeds records show 13 property transfers recorded in Revere between July 10 and Aug. 8. Of those, five disclosed a sale price, ranging from $279,559 to $925,000, with a median of $600,000. The month's highest-priced transaction was 165 Campbell Ave Unit 1, which sold for $925,000 to Weronika Nowak from MJM Real Estate Holdings LLC. Ocean Avenue recorded the most transactions of any street, with three separate deeds. Eight of the 13 transfers, including sales on Revere Beach Boulevard, Conant Street and Lawson Avenue, listed no disclosed sale price, and several deeds involved banks or mortgage companies as buyer or seller.
