Revere deed activity slows as only three of 14 sales list a price

Revere recorded 14 property transfers between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, but only three list a sale price in registry data: $100,000, $245,000 and $892,200, putting the median at $245,000.

Revere recorded 14 property transfers between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, but only three list a sale price in registry data: $100,000, $245,000 and $892,200, putting the median at $245,000. The top transaction was 40 Centennial Ave at $892,200, sold by Alejandra Herrera Tabares and Blanca Tabares Restrepo to CrossCountry Mortgage Inc. Eleven of the 14 transfers, several involving banks or mortgage servicers, have no price listed yet, which is typical of a reporting lag rather than nondisclosure. With most prices still pending, the data does not yet support a clear read on market tone for the period.
