The other seven, including three condominium units and a HUD-to-nonprofit transfer at 235 Revere St, have not yet posted a consideration amount, which is typical within about a week of recording. Several transfers involved the same family or entity on both sides, including two Biancofiore family transactions and a same-name transfer on Pleasant Street. With pricing data still incomplete for most of the period, no broader conclusion about market direction can be drawn yet.
